We sell whole hams. Serrano whole hams, Iberian and 100% Iberian Pata Negra whole hams. In our catalog you will find Iberian hams from the Guijuelo, Jabugo, Extremadura and Predroches areas. We also sell whole Iberian shoulder, Pata Negra and Serrana Gran Reserva at the best price and highest quality. Our products have longer cures than the minimum for its type. This become Iberian hams more intense and juicy.


Whole Iberian hams and shoulders have a slim shinbone and black hoof, have a slightly fruity flavor and have fat infiltrated into muscle mass due to the genetics of Iberian pigs. Among the Iberian ham, cebo hams have a white label; Cebo de Campo hams are green labeled; Bellota hams have red label and 100% Iberico Pata Negra Bellota hams have the black label. On the other hand, cured and serrano hams come from white pigs. The hoof of this type of pig is usually lighter in color, which varies between red and purple tones and has an intense flavor compared to Iberian ham. See more information about hams here.
