We'll tell you how to use your JAM$

At Jamonarium, we want CLUB members (become a member), to have real benefits. Here's how it works:

*   On each product page, you can see the amount of JAM$ you'll earn if you buy that product.

*   For every €100 spent (excluding shipping) you'll earn 100 JAM$  (1€ -> 1 JAM)

*   100 JAM$ is equivalent to a 3€ direct Discount Coupon for your next order..

*   No minimum required; you can redeem from 1 JAM.

*   You have months to redeem them.

*   The JAM$ will be added to your Rewards account (see "My Account") 10 days after delivery.

*   JAM$ must be redeemed for coupons before they can be used.

*   Redeemed coupons cannot be combined with other coupons or promotions. They are valid for 30 days.

HOW DO I REDEEM MY JAM$?

Go to "My Account" and

look for the "My Rewards" section:

You'll see your Available JAM$ and

there will be a button to convert them

into a Discount Coupon:

Now it will be

available in your Cart:

Step 1: Click on the text "Add your Discount code"

Step 2: Click on your available coupon to add it to the box

Step 3: Click on the "Add" button and you're done!

1.- What exactly are JAM$?

JAM$ are Jamonarium's loyalty points. This is our way of rewarding your trust and your membership in the CLUB: every time you shop, you accumulate points that you can convert into real money to save on your next orders.

2.- How do I start accumulating points?

It's automatic! You just need a customer account on our website and to be a CLUB member. For every 1€ spent on your favorite products, you'll receive 1 JAM. No complications, no fine print.

3.- Where can I see how many JAM$ I have?

In your customer area, in the "My Rewards", you'll see your updated balance and the history of points earned with each purchase.

4.- How do I redeem my JAM$ for discounts?

It's very easy! From your Account, you can convert your accumulated points into a unique discount code. Just follow the steps explained on this page, a little further up, before finalizing your order.

5.- Do JAM$ expire?

So you don't forget to treat yourself, JAMS are valid for 180 days from the date you earn them. You have plenty of time to plan your next feast! 

6.- Do the coupons I create with my JAM$ expire?

Coupons generated with JAM$ are valid for 30 days from the date you create them.

7.- Is there a minimum number of points required to redeem them?

NO! And there never will be. You decide how to spend them!

8.- What happens to my JAM$ if I return a product?

If you make a return, the JAM$ you earned with that specific purchase will be automatically canceled. We want the system to be fair for everyone.

9.- I own a Bar, Restaurant, etc. Can I also accumulate JAM$?
