This dried sausage has been made in Balaguer (Lleida), this territory offers exceptional weather conditions which allow us to obtain a unique product. 

We recommend: To cut the dried sausage into thin slices and serve with slices of toasted bread with extra virgin olive oil.

The Artisian Goat Cheese from Garrotxa, Sant Gil d’Albió, is made with pasteurized goat’s milk, enzymatic curd and two months of maturation. The Artisian Goat Cheese from Garrotxa is slightly salty and creamy with a characteristic bloomy rind, this rind is the result of a long elaboration process, during this process a bark fungus known as "Gray Penicillium" develops all around the rind.
The fungus neutralizes the acidity and balances the taste and giving adding a touch of cellar.

We recommend to serve the goat cheese with slices of toasted bread with tomatoe and a good red wine
