The creation of the recipe of this unique sausage, which has Protected Geographical Indication (PGI) recognition from 2002, has a manufacturing history dating back 160 years ago. The meat used is produced in brand farms and its natural drying in the centenary drying places, giving a unique flavour and aroma to this product.

Joselito Hams are unique in flavor and characteristics. Its flavor is soft, delicate and a little sweet. Its caña is long and stylized and the meat is bright, with color between red and purple. Its percentage of fat is higher compared to other hams, one of the reasons why it is so good and has such an intense flavor. An incomparable ham!
