Vermouth Dos Déus Origins Reserve Black has been made in the Priorat area using Macabeo, Xarelo and Parellada grapes. It has been macerated for 6 months in Jerez and Priorat barrels. This vermouth is very aromatic and spicy, having even used 40 types of herbs and spices to obtain this characteristic flavor.

On the palate, its flavor is semi-sweet and voluminous, with intermediate bitter notes and high acidity. On the nose, aromas of clove and nutmeg are perceived, as well as woody from the barrels that have been used.

It is recommended to pair this vermouth in appetizers with a table of soft cheeses or just with olives and orange or lemon peel.

The Mussels in escabeche Dardo come exclusively from "Galician Rias" (Galicia). Each can contains between 12 and 16 mussels. This food is very popular in the Mediterranean culture, mussels from Galicia contain a high amount of minerals and micronutrients. All Mussels were selected by hand and fried in olive oil. (The peak months for collecting mussels goes from October to March).

We recommend to enjoy the mussels as Tapas accompanied by a few slices of bread.
