Well-packed package with three layer of packing. We just follow the instruction to slice the ham. Just right balance of ** and salt. My son could not stop eating first few slides. He liked it even more than DO Guijuello Bellota we bought last time.

*** I have tried 36m cured pata negra previously which was also very good but for some people (mainly females) to strong in taste which I liked as well. This one is ???????????? for everyone.

Super Schinken. 1a Qualität. Der Schinken hatte jedoch leider etwas Untergewicht. Statt 9,5kg waren es nur 9,23kg. Schade. Deswegen 1 leider keine 5 Sterne.

Thanks Torsten for your review. As we explin you by mail, we tray to select the hams on the "exact" weight and in the optimal point of drying. That is almost impossible because hams keeps on drying everyday and losing weight. We have a range on 200g up and down that we think as for choosing the hams. However we have arrange the issue with you by mail. We are glad you enjoy this great product and we wish yo a nice day!
