Aged Mahón cheese Mercadal is made from pasteurized cow's milk and its maturation period is 12 months.
This cheese has Designation of Origin Mahón. These cheeses are made in the Menorca area and are made with cow's milk, following the traditional production method. Geoclimatic factors such as humidity and soil type, together with traditional elaboration, have a great influence on its flavor.
We recommend taking the Mahón Mercadal aged cheese with nuts, fruits and red wine.
