The Salchichon from Vic cular extra of Casa Riera Ordeix is a sausage carefully cured and made following the tradition from centuries ago, obtaining the best sausage of Vic.
The creation of the recipe of this unique sausage, which has Protected Geographical Indication (PGI) recognition from 2002, has a manufacturing history dating back 160 years ago. The meat used is produced in brand farms and its natural drying in the centenary drying places, giving a unique flavour and aroma to this product.
It is wrapped in a special bundle, certificating its origin and preserving the product in optimum conditions. Vacuum packed.
No preservatives, no lactose, no gluten and suitable for celiac.
