The recipe and the elaboration of this unique saussage in the world, which as Protected Geographical Indication (PGI) since 2002, dating back 160 years ago. The meat used comes from farms of the brand. Its natural drying in its centenary drying places gives a unique flavour and aroma to this product. Due to its presentation, it is special for present and perfect for foodies.
Its presentation in wood box and its packing, certifies the origin of this product and contributes to its conservation in optimum conditions. Vacuum packed.
