The mixture is seasoned with salt and red natural pepper to be stuffed into a natural pork gut following the traditional recipe. The natural, slowly drying process is done until the product is in its optimal curing point.

Presentation: It comes in a 100gr sachet vacuum packed so that you get its full intact aroma and enjoy it at home.

Taste: Intense taste provided by the traditional seasoning process.

Consumption: Because of its intense, good taste you may eat it with traditional bread and other iberian products.

Curiosities: The special feature that makes it different compared to other iberian sausages is the characteristic reddish colour due to the seasoning with red natural pepper.

Preparation: The Leon’s Chorizo is made with fresh pork, bacon, red natural pepper and spices. Smoked and cured with the traditional process, so that we have a typical product of Castilla.

Taste: Intense flavour, spicy, very tasty and the characteristic smoking touch.

Curiosities: The taste of this product is strong. You can eat it sliced with bread or fried with olive oil, for cooking lentils or other Castilian dishes. The Spicy touch is very appropriate for strong taste lovers.

Your product will be cut in pieces just when your order arrives. Then the product will be vacuum-packed to retain the original quality, aroma and flavour.
