This Serrano ham belongs to the hind leg of the pig, which has been produced in a traditional way and fed with vegetable feed. This Serrano ham has been produced using sea salt and contains no additives, preservatives, colourings or nitrites, resulting in a Serrano ham that is low in salt and perfect for everyone.

The area of Granada, more specifically from the Alpujarra very close to Sierra Nevada. This production area is characterised by its Mediterranean climate, with mild winters and hot winters.
