This Cinco Jotas (5J) Bellota 100% iberico Jabugo Shoulder - BONELESS has been made in the area of ​​Jabugo and has more than 24 months of curying time. This pure Iberian piece belongs to the front leg of the pig, which has been fed on acorns and pastures.


Jabugo is one of the main producing areas of Iberico Bellota Hams products thanks to its climate of hot summers and soft winters and its wide expanses of pastures in which the pigs graze. In addition, its fooding gives it that characteristic flavor of Ibérico Bellota Shoulders, with an intense Iberian flavor with fruity touches. Its meat is of a colour from an intense red to pinkish color and its fat, between white and transparent, has a creamy texture and an intense aroma.

The Aged Cheese Herencia 1605 Raw Sheep Milk , D.O Manchego PORTION is an aged artisanal cheese with a natural outer rind and a white/yellowish interior.

Its clean and elegant aroma reveals notes of evolved milk, caramel, leather and wool, derived from raw milk. As for its texture, it is distinguished by its pleasant buttery sensation and slightly floury graininess.

The flavor of this cheese is very intense and mild at first, but lingers in the mouth. Clean animal aromas are perceived and a very pleasant spicy aftertaste that appears at the end, accompanied by notes of nuts and caramel.

The sea urchin roe are collected at the cliffs, rocks and ocean depths of the Cantabrian sea coast. Sea urchins require a thorough and painstaking selection. Roe is very carefully extracted by hand and canned as found in the shell.
