Organic wine, made under the precepts of biodynamic agriculture. Finca Torremilanos enjoys different microclimates marked by the Atlantic-Mediterranean confluence. The composition of the soil is diverse due to the erosion and sedimentation of the Duero River. Presence of pebbles in the soil. Average age of the vineyard is around 40 years. The palate is ample, silky and balanced with polished tannins and a persistent finish with saline sensations and depth. Maceration of 10 to 15 days. Temperature-controlled fermentation in stainless steel and concrete tanks with yeasts from the grapes and the harvest. Aged for a total of 13 months in 225 litre French and American oak barrels.
