Podríamos decir que parte de su éxito radica en la obsesión de su propietario, cuya fábrica tiene sede en Guijuelo, en producir los mejores jamones del mundo con la mejor grasa que se pueda encontrar.
Para esto, cuida con mimo a los cerdos productores, alrededor de unos 45.000 que disponen de unas tras hectáreas de arboleda en el sur peninsular, para criarse en libertad y a sus anchas. En este ambiente natural y distendido el animal realiza su engorde.
Posteriormente, pasa a su secaderos y bodegas, que cuentan con más de 1.000 ventanas para garantizar su correcta ventilación y donde estará unos 3 años hasta alcanzar su punto idóneo de maduración.
Además de medir al detalle todo el proceso, como marca también promueve mucho la investigación desde sus laboratorios y desde las universidades para incentivar el estudio de los innumerables beneficios del jamón.
Esta dedicación y confianza en su producto es sin duda lo que ha logrado posicionar la marca Joselito en el mundo entero.
¿Qué basta para ser considerada como la mejor marca de jamones ibéricos?
Desde Jamonarium pensamos que no es suficiente para ser tan categóricos. Eso sí, no queremos desmerecer para nada a los Jamones Joselito, que sin duda son jamones excepcionales. Desde nuestra opinión, su gusto es comparable a un buen jamón iberico Cinco Jotas o uno de nuestras piezas propias Jamonarium.
Hay que tener en cuenta que el esmero y el mimo que ponen todas las empresas que rodean el mundo del jamón es máximo. Un compromiso firme por ofrecer un producto de altísima calidad que no defraude al consumidor.
Por eso, la próxima vez que te digan que los Jamones Joselito son los mejores del mundo, hablales de Jamonarium… y ya nosotros nos encargaremos de ofrecer un amplio abanico de alternativas y de buenos jamones ibéricos. Después, que sea cada uno el que decida.
