The Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil Cortijo de suerte alta Picual en envero has Designation of Origin Baena, from the province of Córdoba. Picual olives are harvested in an early veraison state, at the moment when the olives begin to ripen and their color ranges from green to purple. Its entry into the mouth is fresh and fruity.

Tasting note: Oil with citrus and tomato notes, followed by notes of leaf and green almond. It has a touch of balanced bitterness and spiciness, which ends with notes of nuts and a long finish on the palate.
