The Artisian Goat Cheese from Garrotxa, Sant Gil d’Albió, is made with pasteurized goat’s milk, enzymatic curd and two months of maturation. The Artisian Goat Cheese from Garrotxa is slightly salty and creamy with a characteristic bloomy rind, this rind is the result of a long elaboration process, during this process a bark fungus known as "Gray Penicillium" develops all around the rind.
The fungus neutralizes the acidity and balances the taste and giving adding a touch of cellar.
We recommend to serve the goat cheese with slices of toasted bread with tomatoe and a good red wine

This impressive cheese is produced in pieces of 8 kg and has obtained Gold Medal in the last edition of the Lactium show, dedicated to artisan cheeses and milk products.

Cow Cheese Atura Sant Gil d'Albió is made with pasteurized cow's milk and has been matured for 2 months. Its shape is given by an old Catalan ceramic mold.
Its texture is compact and its flavor is strong and balanced, with notes of nuts.
We recommend taking the Cow Cheese Atura Sant Gil d'Albió in cheese boards, paired with a white wine with little aging. We also recommend taking it in salads with quality gourmet cheeses or to serve as tapas.

This Cow semicured cheese Suau de la Segarra Sant Gil d'Albió has been made using pasteurized cow's milk. The curing of semi-cured cheeses ranges between 2 and 3 months.
The cheese is made from pressed paste with a creamy texture. Its flavor is smooth, with notes of yogurt and vegetables.
We recommend taking the Cow semicured cheese Suau de la Segarra cooked and in hot sandwiches. It can also be taken alone with chamomile wines or cava. We also recommend taking it in salads with quality gourmet cheeses or to serve as tapas.
