Beef Cecina is the cured beef typical from León, this product has over 7 months healign time, and is exclusively made from the noble parts from cured beef. It has an intense flavor, a cherry color and a smoking touch. Is an increasingly widespread product in Europe because when tasted most repeat! It’s low-fat and high in protein. We recommend serving it with a little extra virgin olive oil on top.

We recommend the beef Cecina with green salads or next to a good bread with tomato.

It comes in pieces packed in vacuum.

Aníbal D. on 03/24/2015El pedido llegó a Irlanda en menos de una paletilla está buenísima ( éso me han dicho, ya que era un regalo...)y la cecina...con un poquito de aceite de oliva por encima no se la salta un tampoco un payo...sin duda, haré otro pedido...pero será a base de quesos y unas buenas botellitas de vino de la Ribera.....mmmmm......
