The canned fish and shellfish that can be found are natural clams, natural cockles, Galician octopus, anchovies in olive oil and organic pickled mussels. This Galician canning factory is located in the Ría de Arousa, more specifically in Vilanova de Arousa and has its origin in 1904. These preserves are made in a careful and traditional way, combining old techniques and the most current techniques to optimize their production processes. When the fish arrives at the factory, the fish is cleaned and headed. Subsequently, the cooking process is carried out, in order to enhance the flavor of the fish.
