Torremilanos Montecastrillo Red Organic, D.O. Ribera Duero is a wine that presents a unique combination of quality and sustainability.

The grapes are carefully selected and undergo a maceration of 5 to 7 days, followed by fermentation at controlled temperature in stainless steel tanks. After malolactic fermentation, a final coupage is carried out to obtain the perfect blend.

The wine is aged for 4 months in French and American oak barrels of 225 liters, adding complexity and structure. With its organic certification, this wine guarantees the absence of pesticides and harmful chemicals, offering a healthier and more natural option.

Torremilanos Montecastrillo Red Organic, D.O. Ribera Duero presents an intense and vibrant color, with aromas of red fruits and subtle spicy notes. On the palate, it is balanced and silky, with soft tannins and a persistent length. Perfect to accompany lightly seasoned meats, legumes, pasta, and pizza.

The Brisat del Coster de Josep is a white wine that recovers the usual way of elaboration of half a century ago. Macerated and fermented with the skins to extract all the aromas and flavours from the vineyard. Only the grapes with the most golden skins are harvested, resulting in a wine dominated by aromas of white fruit and citrus, but also of undergrowth. It is a full-bodied, tannic and persistent wine.
