Bideki smoked cheese is made with latxa sheep's milk, a native breed from the area of the Basque Country and with a maturation period of 6 months.

This cheese has Designation of Origin Idiazabal and has been treated by natural smoking with Navarra beech wood smoke, which gives the cheese a unique touch of smoke in flavor.

We recommend having the Smoked cheese Bideki latxa sheep milk as an appetizer or starter, as part of a high-quality cheese board or in salads with gourmet cheese. It is also ideal to serve alone with a glass of wine.
