This Organic and artisan garrotxa goat cheese Mas el Garet is made with pasteurized goat's milk. It has a natural mold rind with a smooth, creamy and compact texture at the time to cut it. In the mouth, its flavor is balanced, slightly salty and reminiscent of butter.
We recommend serving the goat cheese accompanied with slices of toasted bread with tomato and a good red wine.
