The Organic matured goat milk cheese Mas el Garet 500g is made with matured goat's milk. Its bark is rough and natural. In the mouth, its flavor is strong and with character, ideal for cheese lovers. At the time to cut it, its texture is creamy and balanced. This cheese has been matured for between 8 weeks and 4 months, which translates into an intense and marked flavor.

We recommend serving the goat cheese accompanied with slices of toasted bread with tomato and a good red wine.
