The Bellota 100% Ibérico "Pata Negra” Shoulder (Jabugo, Huelva) is the product of highest quality with over 24 months curing time. These shoulders are cured in the area of Jabugo (Huelva), where warm summers make hams and shoulders of strong flavor and juicy texture. Their meat colour is deep red and its fat is transparent white.

It is an exceptional Bellota Ibérico ham!

Tasting note
Less fat infiltrations as it is 100% puro ibérico. Intense flavour and incredible aroma with small pink fat layers which helps appreciate better the fabulous texture of this masterpiece.
Rich in protein, B vitamins and oleic acid (good cholesterol producer). Very low in calories (95cal per 50g), an indispensable part of the Mediterranean diet, 100% healthy.
The texture of the fat is homogeneous and creamy. If we take a small amount of fat between two fingers and rubbed it melts easily.

The Mussels in spicy escabeche Dardo come exclusively from "Galician Rias" (Galicia). Each can contains between 12 and 16 mussels. All Mussels were selected by hand and fried in olive oil. (The peak months for collecting mussels goes from October to March).

We recommend to enjoy the mussels as Tapas accompanied by a few slices of bread.

The Chorizo from León is made from smoked, cured pork meat. It’s dark red colour and it has a characteristic strong aroma. Its intense flavour and strong texture is typically from the Castilian countryside, the Chorizo from León is valued and well known all over the Spanish geography.

The presentation is in a horseshoe, with attached ends and connected by a wire so that they can hang on the poles where the smoking process is done.

It is vacuum-packed and its approximative weight is 500 g.

The traditional Catalan dried sausage has been cured in natural drying rooms in the darkness until the optimum point is achieved. This dried sausage has been made in Balaguer (Lleida), this territory offers exceptional weather conditions which allow us to obtain a unique product. 

We recommend: To cut the dried sausage into thin slices and serve with slices of toasted bread with extra virgin olive oil.
