Ratafia de Magnolies Mina is a sweet liqueur made in the Priorat area. Its traditional production method has been carried out thanks to a traditional recipe typical of this region based on magnolia, elderberry and orange blossoms.
The elaboration of this sweet liqueur has been carried out by macerating different fruits, spices and fresh magnolia petals in glass demijohns for 40 days, to later make the coupage and let it rest. Later they are sweetened with sugar, resulting in a light, fragrant liquor with floral touches.
We recommend taking this liquor only with ice as a drink after eating.
