1. We ship your gift throughout Europe (CE)

Steps to order a gift with Jamonarium:
1. Add the products you want to give to your cart. Do not forget to add a greeting card with a message.
2. Go to your cart and fill in the details below of the person to be delivered (name, address and phone). The mail has to be yours so you can receive the gift trackinf information.
3. You can enter your details in " Please use another address for invoice" only if you need an invoice.
4. Bellow that, choose a courrier and leave a message for your free greeating card.
5. Confirm your order and make payment.
6. Your gift will be prepared and shipped quickly. You will receive an email at the same time we ship your order.
7. The next day (or 36h depending on country) will receive an email with a link to the tracking page to see where your gift is. You can also keep your gift tracked in "Your Account" .
8. As your gift arrives at its destination we will send a mail to notify the delivery.
9. If there are problems in delivery (recipient is not at home, home address not complete, etc.) we will keep you informed by mail or telephone.

You can add to your cart one greeting card per order and write the message you want to be printed in the cart. The place to write the message is below the choice of carriers in the cart page or you send us a mail with the message.
3. Gift wrapping hams and packs
Your ham or shoulder ham with bone gift will be wrapped with special paper, protective cotton bag and decorative color cover. View product presentation here.
All products travel in a rigid carton wooden style box with that gives a total protection and a great presentation as a gift.
We don’t add the invoice with prices to the packet, you can downloaded from your account or ask for it by mail if you needed.

4. Gift tracking at all times
Shipping is made in the afternoon so all the orders before 12h a.m. will be shipped the same day. We will send you a link to the tracking page of the carrier you choose.
Like that you’ll be able to know where your package is at all times. When the gift is delivered we will send an email to inform you.
