Vermouth Dos Déus Smoked DIP has been produced in the Priorat area. Its production method has been carried out following the tradition of Scottish distillates in order to dry and give it a more intense flavor.

This vermouth is highly inspired by Islay whiskey and American bourbon, which mixed with priorat wines resulted in this intense and unique vermouth.

In the mouth, we may find smoked and iodized notes; with a long finish with a light touch of caramelized fruit. On the nose, aromas of licorice stick, cinnamon and candied pear are perceived.

We recommend to drink this vermouth alone with ice or to make cocktails.

The Vermouth Dos Deus Origins Smoked Black  has been made in the Priorat area. This vermouth has been made by smoking aromatic plants and resting in second-use American oak barrels, which gives it a special flavor. This vermouth is inspired by d'Islay whiskey and American bourbon.

In the mouth, its flavor is full of nuances, with sweet, bitter and fresh notes of vanilla and charcoal. On the nose, it is elegant, intense and with a great balance between floral notes, wood and smoke.

It is recommended to pair this vermouth in appetizers with a table of soft or Iberian cheeses or only with olives and orange or lemon peel.

Vermouth Dos Déus Origins White has been made in the Priorat area using Moscatel grapes. This vermouth is very aromatic and spicy, having even used 38 types of herbs and spices to obtain this sweet, enveloping and balanced flavor.

In the mouth, its flavor is sweet and voluminous, with notes of thyme, marjoram and absinthe and with certain acid and bitter touches. On the nose, aromas of muscatel, elderflower, thyme, cloves and nutmeg are perceived.

It is recommended to pair this vermouth in appetizers with a table of soft cheeses or just with olives and orange or lemon peel.

The Dos Deus Mediterráneo Hot Vermouth has been made in the Priorat area. This vermouth has been made inspired by the mulled wines so typical of northern Europe and in which long periods of aging are applied, in the old soleras of Jerez.

On the palate, its taste is bitter, with touches of sweetness and acidity. On the nose it has aromas of cinnamon and orange, with a mixture of citrus and a soft aroma of chocolate.

It is designed to be taken hot as a winter drink, heated in the microwave for 45-60 seconds and thus perceive the aromas and flavors more intensely. It is recommended to serve only two coffee beans and let it cool as it is drunk.
