We present the Wine Tasting with Food Pairing.

This is an experience for the five senses where you can enjoy 4 different wines, each one paired with a gourmet dish. The dishes will be prepared by Chef Angels Sánchez and the activity will take place at her place, the Aula Círculo Gastronómico, just 5 minutes walking from Jamonarium.

The Menu of the Jamonarium Wine Tasting with Food and Wine Pairing will consist of:

1.- Wine: Valsotillo Blanco Albillo, D.O. Ribera del Duero / Pairing: Prawns with Tartar sauce
2.- Wine: Valsotillo Tinto Joven, D.O. Ribera del Duero / Pairing: Thousand leaves with cream cheese and asparagus of marge
3.- Wine: Valsotillo Tinto Roble, D.O. Ribera del Duero / Pairing: Iberian ham rolls and smoked Idiazabal cheese.
4.- Wine: Valsotillo Crianza, D.O. Ribera del Duero / Pairing: Octopus with potatoes confit with sweet paprika from La Vera and Maldon salt.

As you can see, the level is very high and the experience is a real treat for lovers of good wine and avant-garde cuisine. We're sure you'll be delighted and want to come back for more!

The experience takes place in groups of up to 14 people on Fridays from 8pm to 10pm. Once you have placed your order, we will contact you to formalise the reservation for the desired date.
