Originary from the Galician Rias, Atlantic Ocean and Mediterranean Sea. This product is very popular in the Mediterranean gastronomy where it is considered a real delicacy.
The so called “Black Label” from Ramón Peña guarantees the highest quality, Ramón Peña makes a fine selection of the best pieces (the fishing season is between May and October). Once in the factory the experts proceed to the heading, gutting, grilling and roasting.
