The handle of this knife is made of 100% natural Ovengkol wood and features brass rivets. The wood used in the mango is FSC certified thanks to the responsible use of the environmental resources used.

The blade is of the special silk edge type, characteristic for its great precision and smoothness. It is made of NITRUM stainless steel, an exclusive Arcos nitrogenous steel formula that makes your knives stand out thanks to the durability and resistance it gives them. In addition, it is elongated and flexible, especially for slicing ham and other pieces of meat, ideal for reaching all corners of the ham and making thin slices.
