Oro de Bailen Extra Virgin Olive Oil Hojiblanca is one of the best oils produced in Jaén. Its flavor is sweet in the mouth and slightly bitter and spicy in the throat. It has fruit and vegetable shades.
We recommend for lovers of superior quality olive oil. Perfect for: salads, grilled vegetables, sauteed and marinated, sauces, rice, gazpachos and salmorejos.
Tasting note: Flavor with ripe notes of fresh fruit. Vegetable tones of artichoke, tomato, apple and green banana can be distinguished; and wildflowers such as fennel, peppermint, and blackberry.
