Wermut Dos Déus Origins Reserva Schwarz wurde im Priorat-Gebiet aus Macabeo-, Xarelo- und Parellada-Trauben hergestellt. Er wurde 6 Monate lang in Sherry- und Priorat-Fässern mazeriert. Dieser Wermut ist sehr aromatisch und würzig, da sogar 40 Arten von Kräutern und Gewürzen verwendet wurden, um diesen charakteristischen Geschmack zu erhalten.
Am Gaumen ist sein Geschmack halbsüß und voluminös, mit mittleren Bitternoten und hoher Säure. In der Nase sind Aromen von Nelke und Muskat wahrnehmbar, sowie holzige Noten aus den verwendeten Fässern.
Es wird empfohlen, diesen Wermut in Vorspeisen mit heiraten Tisch aus weichem oder iberischem Käse oder einfach mit Oliven und Orangen- oder Zitronenschale zu marinieren.
