Dieser Ziegenkäse hat einen leicht salzigen Geschmack und eine cremige textur. Eines der Merckmale dieses Ziegenkäse ist die Schimmelrinde, diese ist das ergebnis einesl langen Prozesses, indem ein Rindenpilz bekannt als "Grau Penicillium" sich im Rinde des Ziegenkäse eintwickelt. Dieser Rindenpilz neutralisiert die Säure des Käse und macht es süßer.
