Rosario Castaño Manchego-Käse wird aus roher Schafsmilch hergestellt. Die Reifung dauert zwischen 4 und 8 Monaten, wodurch der Geschmack von roher Schafsmilch verbessert wird.

 

Die Rinde ist orange-gelb oder grau gefärbt und mit der Form des charakteristischen Mitarbeiters des traditionellen Espartogürtels gekennzeichnet. Die Paste hat eine feste gelbliche Farbe mit kleinen, ungleichmäßig verteilten Augen. Käse mit einer butterartigen Textur und mildem Geruch.

 

Wir empfehlen, Rosario Castaño-Räucherkäse auf einem hochwertigen Käsebrett oder in Gourmet-Taquitos-Salaten zu servieren. Dieser Käse eignet sich perfekt für die Zubereitung von Tapas und Vorspeisen und ideal zum Marinieren mit einem Rotwein.
