Die Sardinen  in Olivenöl  Ramón Peña, sind eines der Schätze der Mediterranischen Gastronomie, dieses Produkt kommt hauptsächlich von Galizien "Rias Gallegas", Atlantik und Mittelmeer, außerdem gehört es zur "Black Label" von Ramón Peña, dies heisst es handelt sich nur um das Beste zwischen den Besten Meeresfrüchte. Zur vorbereitung dieses Produkt werden nur die besten Sardinien ausgewählt (die Angelsaison ist zwischen Mai und Oktober), diese Sardinen werden von Hand verarbeitet und in Olivenöl getaucht so dass all die Eigenschaften intakt bleiben.
