Die Entenstopfleber von Mas Parés ist ein natürlicher Foie von Ente. Dieser foie ist sehr beliebt in Spanien, es hat eine weiche Textur und einen intensiven Geschmack  im Mund. Dieser Foie wurde aus stopfleber von ausgewählter Enteleber gemacht, außerdem braucht dieses Produkt keine Kühllagerung.

Wir empfehlen die Entenstopfleber als Snack mit ein bischen Brot un eine kalte Flasche Cava zu servierein
