This semicured cheese Tomelloso has been elaborated with sheep and goat milks. This free lactose cheese has no colorings, neither preservatives, neither chemical additives, perfect for lactose or dairy intolerants.
This cheese is of a exceptional quality, traditionally elaborated using milk from their own farm, which guarantees the essence and flavour from semicured cheese.
We advice taking the free lactose semicured cheese to elaborate a high quality cheese board, perfect to prepare tapas and apetizers, or to marinate with a soft red wine.
