The little sardines in olive oil Ramón Peña (40/50 units) come from Galician Rias, Atlantic Ocean and Mediterranean Sea. Ramón Peña makes a fine selection of the best pieces in the port. They are cleaned, roasted and packaged in tin craft. Spanish olive oil with is used to fill the can.
We recommend serve the little sardines on a toast with caramelize onions, green peppers, courgette and pumpkin, all sauteed with Extra virgin olive oil on top.
