The Extra Virgin Olive Oil from 'La Chinata' is obtained from healthie Olives at tis optimum ripeness, the olives for its production come from the spanish region known as Sierra de Gata, in the northwest of the province of Cáceres. This olive oil has been obtained from olives that meet the Quality standards and following exclusively a mechanical process in cold conditions that do not lead to alterations of this precious fluid.

We recommend this Extra Virgin Olive Oil for its quality, comfort and versatility. Furthermore, this is a cheaper option compared to single bottle.  

Tasting notes: The smell reminds us a multitude of aromas of green leafs and apples, it also has a extreamly soft and equilibrated bitterness and spiciness remaining stable over time.

Breed: Iberian Acorn

Preparation: Chorizo Iberico Bellota is made with a carefully selected mixture of pork meats, from acorn-fed Iberian pigs. The mixture is seasoned with salt and red natural pepper to be stuffed into a natural pork gut following the traditional recipe. The natural, slowly drying process is done until the product is in its optimal curing point.

Presentation: It comes in a 100gr sachet vacuum packed so that you get its full intact aroma and enjoy it at home.

Taste: Intense taste provided by the traditional seasoning process.

Consumption: Because of its intense, good taste you may eat it with traditional bread and other iberian products.

Curiosities: The special feature that makes it different compared to other iberian sausages is the characteristic reddish colour due to the seasoning with red natural pepper.

Presentation - Sliced products

The product will be cut just before being vacuum-packed for shipping so that it retains its original quality, aroma and flavour.

We cut it and vacuum-pack it:

  • The product is cut into thin slices just when the order arrives.
  • Vacuum-packed in 100gr packs just after it’s being cut.
  • This process protects the product and retains all its quality of taste and freshness.
  • The packs are shipped inside a small box with a safety strap for security.

This presentation allows you to eat delicious products sliced and with all their aroma and flavour.

We recommend you to take the product out of the plastic bag 15 minutes before eating it. The vacuum-packed products we sell can be stored in the fridge for 6 months. Please check the expiry date of each product.

Viña Albina Reserva Rioja D.O.

The Viña Albina Reserva Rioja D.O. wine is very representative of the classic wines of Rioja Alta. Ruby with a tawny rim, bright. Elegant on the nose, aromas with nuances of breeding and varietal notes. Fine and well-structured palate with good acidity and polished tannins and well balanced. Complex retronasal a delicate fragrance and persistent. Good evolution in bottle.


GRAPE VARIETY: 80% Tempranillo, 15% Mazuelo, 5% Graciano from Cenicero, Sonsierra and Villalba de Rioja.

DEVELOPMENT
Preparation classic stripped and squeezed grape with a long maceration and fermentation control.

FOSTER
Aged for 24 to 30 months in American oak barrels racked appropriate. Bottle least 12 months prior to marketing.

SERVING TEMPERATURE
Serve between 16 º and 18 º C.
