Ester Solé Extra Virgin Olive Oil (olis solé) has the P.D.O. Siurana and has been made with 100% Arbequina olives. It is an extra virgin olive oil of high quality, perfect for a daily use. The olive extraction system is the continuous process with two phases, or also called pieralisi.
Ester Solé olive oils (Olis solé) are made in a traditional way, following the family tradition since its origins in the 1980s. Based in the Camp de Tarragona area, they produce olive oils with D.O. Siurana of the highest quality.
Tasting notes: Medium fruity flavor, balanced and sweet; almond with a slightly bitter and spicy finish. Aromas of tomato and artichoke, and nuances of apple, banana, ripe tomato and freshly cut grass.
Pairing: Suitable for pairing salads and vegetables and for using paella, meat or grilled fish in the cooking. Perfect for making creams, soups and sauces, such as gazpacho, mayonnaise or “aioli”.
