The Bellota 100% Ibérico Shoulder - Pata Negra is the product of highest quality with over 24 months curing time. These shoulders have been cured in the area of Guijuelo (Salamanca) where the characteristic climate makes them have very mild flavour, slightly sweet and with fruity aromas. Its meat goes from deep red to pinkish colour, the fat is between white and transparent with a creamy texture and intense flavour.

These hams are of high performance, because the ratio of ham to bone and fat is very good. The caña (shinbone) is thin and the infiltration of fat into meat is of optimal proportions, giving it the marbled aspect.

It is an exceptional Bellota Ibérico ham!
