The Frinsa’s octopus in olive oil came from Galician estuaries, which guarantees a product with a strong flavour and high quality. It is done using octopus tentacles, which are hand cut and canned. Afterwards, olive oil is added, making this product unique in flavour and taste.

We advice serving it with cooked potatoes, spiced using sweet or spicy paprika and extra virgin olive oil.

We recommend serving as an appetizer with a cold beer or Chardonnay white wine. They are also ideal for mixed salads and Iberian sausages.

The Little squids in olive oil Dardo 8/10 units come from the waters of the Atlantic Ocean. This Seafood is a real pleasure ready to meet the most demanding palates. Note that the squid from Dardo is specially small, therefore it si very popular in the Mediterranean Gastronomy where it is considered a real delicacy.

We recommend to serve the squids accompanied with some bread toasts and a good white wine from (Rías Baixas).

Vermouth Dos Déus Origins Reserve Black has been made in the Priorat area using Macabeo, Xarelo and Parellada grapes. It has been macerated for 6 months in Jerez and Priorat barrels. This vermouth is very aromatic and spicy, having even used 40 types of herbs and spices to obtain this characteristic flavor.

On the palate, its flavor is semi-sweet and voluminous, with intermediate bitter notes and high acidity. On the nose, aromas of clove and nutmeg are perceived, as well as woody from the barrels that have been used.

It is recommended to pair this vermouth in appetizers with a table of soft cheeses or just with olives and orange or lemon peel.

The Vermouth Dos Deus Origins Smoked Black  has been made in the Priorat area. This vermouth has been made by smoking aromatic plants and resting in second-use American oak barrels, which gives it a special flavor. This vermouth is inspired by d'Islay whiskey and American bourbon.

In the mouth, its flavor is full of nuances, with sweet, bitter and fresh notes of vanilla and charcoal. On the nose, it is elegant, intense and with a great balance between floral notes, wood and smoke.

It is recommended to pair this vermouth in appetizers with a table of soft or Iberian cheeses or only with olives and orange or lemon peel.

Matured Ronkari cheese - portion is made with raw latxa sheep's milk and it is coming from Navarra.

This cheese has Designation of Origin Roncal. Together with the type of milk that has been used in its preparation, they make this cheese unique.

We recommend taking the Ronkari sheep's milk cheese as an aperitif or starter, as part of a high-quality cheese board or in salads with gourmet cheese. It is also ideal to serve alone with a good glass of wine.
