The only ingredients used for its preparation are pork and salt. It contains no preservatives, chemical additives, gluten, or lactose, making it a 100% natural ham suitable for everyone.

Joselito ham is unique in flavor and characteristics. Its taste is smooth, delicate, and slightly sweet. Its shank is elongated and stylish, and the meat has a shiny appearance, ranging in color from red to purple. Its fat is creamy, melting on the palate, aromatic, and fluid, with an intense and prolonged taste. Its fat content is higher compared to other hams, one of the reasons why it is so good and so intensely flavored.
