It does not have any colourings, neither preservatives or chemical additives, which makes it a product highly valued for lovers of traditional spanish cheeses from La Mancha. Its rind has been naturally brushed, which makes it a 100% handmade product made with milk from their own farms. Concerning its rind, it is covered withextra virgin olive oil, which makes it a perfect product for lovers of natural and different cheeses.
We recommend the cheese cured in oil to make a cheese board of superior quality. It is perfect for making tapas and appetizers and for pairing with white and semi-dry wines for its strong and full flavor.
