The little sardines in olive oil Ramón Peña (16/20 units) come from Galician Rias, Atlantic Ocean and Mediterranean Sea. Ramón Peña makes a fine selection of the best pieces in the port. They are cleaned, roasted and packaged in tin craft. Spanish olive oil with is used to fill the can.

We recommend serve the little sardines on a toast with caramelize onions, green peppers, courgette and pumpkin, all sauteed with Extra virgin olive oil on top.

Preparation: Chorizo Iberico Bellota is made with a carefully selected mixture of pork meats, from acorn-fed Iberian pigs. The mixture is seasoned with salt and red natural pepper to be stuffed into a natural pork gut following the traditional recipe. The natural, slowly drying process is done until the product is in its optimal curing point.

Presentation: It comes in a 100gr sachet vacuum packed so that you get its full intact aroma and enjoy it at home.

Taste: Intense taste provided by the traditional seasoning process.

Consumption: Because of its intense, good taste you may eat it with traditional bread and other iberian products.

Curiosities: The special feature that makes it different compared to other iberian sausages is the characteristic reddish colour due to the seasoning with red natural pepper.

The product will be cut just before being vacuum-packed for shipping so that it retains its original quality, aroma and flavour.
