The Bellota Iberian Salchichon is a carefully selected mixture of pork meat from iberian pata negra bellota pigs. The mixture is seasoned to bestuffed into a natural pork gut and put it to dry slowly.
It comes vacuum packed so that you get its full intact aroma.

Preparation: Salchichon Iberico Bellota is a carefully selected mixture of pork meat, from acorn-fed Iberian pigs. The mixture is seasoned with salt and natural pepper to be stuffed into a natural pork gut following the traditional recipe. The slowly natural dry process is done until the product reaches its optimal curing point
Taste: Very, very tasty with a dry meat seasoned flavour.
Consumption: : Because of its intense, good taste you may eat it with traditional bread and other iberian products.
Curiosities: The proportion of natural pepper is just the right one so the sausage is tasty but not too spicy.
Your product will be cut in pieces just when your order arrives. Then the product will be vacuum-packed to retain the original quality, aroma and flavour.
Vacuum packaging process:
We recommend you to take the product out of the plastic bag 15 minutes before eating it. The vacuum-packed products we sell can be stored in the fridge for a long time. Please check the expiry date of every product.
