Tupí Sant Gil d'Albió is a typical cheese cream from Catalan Pyrenees, done with a mixture of sheep, cow and goat milks. This exquisite cheese, coming from the coldest areas of Catalan Pyrenees, done using oil and brandy in or to ferment it for the second time, so it will get its characteristic strong flavour.
