The Llonganissa de Payés with pepper Casa Riera Ordeix is a natural and traditional product made with pork. It has been made artisanally, using pork meat, which has been grinded, kneaded and seasoned with black pepper and sea salt. After this, it is stuffed in natural pork casing and dry it between a month and a half to two months.
On the other hand, this sausage does not contain lactose, gluten and sulfites. It is also suitable for coeliacs since it has been made using exclusively natural ingredients.
This sausage comes vacuum packed, keeping the product in perfect conditions.
