It has an intense flavor, a cherry color and a smoking touch. Is an increasingly widespread product in Europe because when tasted most repeat! It’s low-fat and high in protein. We recommend serving it with a little extra virgin olive oil on top.

We recommend the beef Cecina with green salads or next to a good bread with tomato.

It comes in pieces packed in vacuum.

agromar makes a good spidercrab and a perfect redfish, but they don't go too well with the lobster; you can taste the lobster in it, but it doesn't go too well with the other ingredients; furthermore you can taste the black line the members of the shrimps' family have where vertebrates have their spine; (i don't really know if it's guts or what purpose it really serve to the lobster, but i've been specifically taught in a cooking school to always clean that part, and here it's clearly not done).
