The Bellota (acorn) 100% pure Iberian Ham Extremadura - Pata Negra sliced  is obtained from the back legs of the Iberian pig raised in freedom, being these usually quite large and elongated. These shoulders require considerable curing time, above 36 months.

Déjà commenté ! Mauvaise expérience et qualité variable. Je ne recommande pas et achèterai plutôt une pate ou jambon entier.

Bonjour Laurent, merci de votre avis. c'est claire que la meilleure option pour avoir le meilleure jambon c'est le jambon entier avec os. Le jambon tranché c'est toujours une option de commodité. Les sachets peuvent venir de la partie plus tendre et juteux du jambon ou de le plus sèche. C'est pour cette raison que je conseil d'achetez des entiers tranches pour avoir de tranches de tout le jambon. Bien à vous.
