Dorrea cheese is made from raw matured sheep's milk. It has been made with sheep from Navarra and the Basque Country, which have undergone an extensive grazing. Its maturation period is 6 months, which gives it a very characteristic flavor of the sheep cheeses of the area.
The flavor of these cheeses is intense. Its aroma is pleasant and slightly spicy. This cheese is perfect to serve on a high-quality cheese board or to drink on its own.
